This mixture was straight from the mountainous valley where I grew up: the Boulzane valley. There the dense forests rub shoulders with the garrigue according to the slopes and the exposure to the sun. A multitudes of plants and trees grow naturally without human involvement and allow us to practice wild picking. It was at the heart of this valley that my parents settled as an anculturer. This mixture contains mate, rush, birch leaves, nettle, purple leaves as well as anise. It can be consumed cold or hot.
