  • Green tea

Green tea is taking an increasing share of the tea market in Europe. We have chosen to use several green tea bases in our blends.

The herbaceous and slightly bitter side goes very well with flowers, plants and certain fruits.

  • Yellow tea

Yellow tea is a Chinese green tea that has undergone slight fermentation.

This type of tea was previously reserved for the imperial palace, the color yellow being associated with the emperor.

We have chosen to combine this tea with fruits and aromatic plants.

  • White tea

This is one of the most subtle teas you will find on the market.

We use Mao feng white tea as a base for our blends.

This tea is ideal for highlighting subtle spring flowers such as poppies, violets and cherry blossoms.

  • Oolong tea

In order to introduce you to oolong tea, we have concocted several recipes for you, always without added flavors.

We have chosen to mainly make mixtures combining oolong with flowers and fruits.

  • Matcha

Matcha is a green tea powder originating from Japan.

It can be consumed directly in hot water but also in milk drinks.

In Europe it is very popular with pastry chefs who use it to give a slightly herbaceous taste and a green color to their cake.
It is also possible to use matcha in savory dishes.

  • Pu'erh
  • Mate

Mate is a traditional South American drink made from the infusion of yerba mate, a plant close to holly.

We have created a range based on mate rich in fruits and aromatic plants.
