Inspired by the series “the witcher” this blend combines oolong tea, apple and elderberries. We wondered what fruits this hero and his band could find in the countries they cross during their quests. We were inspired by what we find in our woods in Catalonia (and yes I am a fake Toulouse) that is to say wild apple trees and black elderberries. This slightly oxidized tea pairs wonderfully with the fruity and tangy notes brought by apples and elderberries.
