inspired by the series "The Witcher" This mixture combines oolong tea, apple and elderberries. We wondered what this hero and his band could find as fruit in the country they are going through during their quests. We were inspired by what we find in our woods in Catalonia (and yes I am a false Toulousaine) that is to say the wild apple trees and the bays of black supermarkets. This slightly oxidized tea associates wonderfully with the fruity and tart notes provided by apples and elderberries.
