This herbal tea is as surprising as the character from which she takes her name! There are many varieties of mints, and these have adapted very well to the foothills of the Haute Valley of Aude. Here, I chose to use the strawberry mint! It is a mint that has a pleasant and fruity pleasant taste reminiscent of the famous red fruits. I associated it with the basil and I used a rooibos base, which gives us a fairly surprising mixture recalling the perfumes of summer.
